Overheard in a coffee shop, two women in #Connecticut talking about new neighbors.
"It's terrible. You know, they're dirty, nasty. The flaggers move in and it all goes downhill."
I couldn't help listening. I thought maybe they meant #Trump flags? But no, they meant road workers. A weird #CT convo.
