not life labs, clinic was in a loblaws but the receptionist won’t release where the lab tests were done either bc she told me only the physician can release those results directly to the patient, who needs to be physically present (which is obv not accurate)

like this is so they can double bill OHIP for another visit, right? why else would they be insistent that my kid has to be physically present in order for me to receive her lab results?
