We invite all anti-racist organisations and individuals to join our AGM on Sunday 14th December to discuss the next steps and how we can continue to mobilise as we approach the May 2026 election to turn the tide against Reform UK and all the street fascists that it emboldening!

Today is a massive step forward for the anti-racist movement in Scotland and all those who want to push back the advance of the far-right ✊✊✊

Some, like Craig Huston and Alex Cairnie, were a no show, although it's unclear if this was due to their desire to avoid a humiliation, or simple laziness. Others like "Kev the Ranter" or "Peterhead United" founder Steve Rennie proudly appeared amongst banners stating "PEOPLE BEFORE ILLEGALS".

The advertised speakers at the fascist rally had three things in common: 1) they were not locals; 2) they claimed to be standing for women's safety but are collaborators of domestic abuser John Watt; 3) they are all YouTubers competing for subscribers to continue peddling Islamophobia and racism

200 mostly local anti-fascists joined a counter-protest outside the Cameron Barracks, where refugees are due to move into in January, and outnumbered a pathetic group of far-right activists from mostly Peterhead and Glasgow.

The day also turned out badly for the far-right in Inverness. SUTR Scotland joined in with the Highlands Against Hate group who had called the second counter-protest against the far-right in a fortnight.

Astonishingly, Reform Falkirk councillor Claire Mackie-Brown took a break from Farage's rally to pose for a picture with far-right and fascist activists from across Scotland. If Farage and Reform are serious about racists not being welcome in their party, Mackie-Brown should be immediately expelled.
December 6, 2025 at 8:54 PM
After the unity march, anti-racists went to the MacDonald hotel in Polmont to protest the visit of Reform UK leader, Nigel Farage. Anti-racists chanted outside & once again, Farage was forced to sneak out the back, by the bins, just like in Hamilton back in June.

The demoralisation of their side was expressed in the form of sexist and homophobic abuse directed at counter protesters and projectiles thrown.

“Save our Futures" founder Connor Graham, who claims he doesn't allow fascists within their group, was pictured speaking through a megaphone while neonazi Richard McFarlane, member of Patriotic Alternative, whispered in his ear. Simon Crane from the fascist Homeland Party was also in attendance.
December 6, 2025 at 8:54 PM
From there, a delegation of over 600 anti-racists and anti-fascists went to the Hotel Cladhan where "Save Our Futures and Our Children's Future" had gathered to continue their vile campaign of hatred. Antiracists rejoiced as the far-right became outnumbered 4 to 1.
December 6, 2025 at 8:54 PM
The march only faced opposition from a pathetic counter-rally of two headed up notorious Glasgow fascists Alistair McConnachie, a Holocaust denier, and Max Dunbar, former organiser of the neonazi British National Party in Scotland.
December 6, 2025 at 8:54 PM
They marched proudly and confidently through Falkirk to show solidarity with refugees after four months of racist violence, mobilising bigger numbers of local people that the hateful "Save Our Futures" group has ever been able to.
December 6, 2025 at 8:54 PM
In Falkirk, over 1,000 people from across the movement came together for the unity march & rally called by Falkirk For All and Stand Up to Racism Scotland, and backed by local trade unions and campaigns as well as the Scottish Refugee Council.

Our message is clear: we refuse to let the far right win. We refuse to let Reform UK gain victories in the Holyrood 2026 elections. We will stand together to defeat the far right in the streets and in the ballot box ✊
