They're actually kinda tasty! There's a cup of oats in the mix as well. But no salt or sugar, it's even worse for birds than for humans! (They get enough natural sugar when they steal from my fruit smoothie.)

Deeply saddened to wake up to the news of the passing of #Halifax musician and bon vivant Peter Baylis, whom I first encountered in the 1980s as the singer of the Dartmouth pop/new wave band Steps Around the House, whom I saw at the Q104 Homegrown show at the Forum. Lovely guy, who will be missed!
