Turns out, adding Liquid Glass to my SwiftUI node-editor prototype is way more fun to play with than I expected.

Big wow for the Steam machine!
Anyone else thinking this might finally be the "console" version of PC gaming Valve always wanted?

Big congrats to Spatial! Their Analogue app just landed an AppStore editorial feature. 👏 I've had a lot of fun working with their team on something new, and I'm excited to share more about it soon!

Now On Vision just came out of beta! It’s been fun seeing how a simple daily check-in turns into a little ritual. And yes... I’ve been (almost) consistent, mostly for leaderboard bragging rights 😄

Today is World Polio Day, and the update to Polio’s Last Mile on Apple VisionPro is out!

Excited to share that REM5 STUDIOS is soon releasing an update of their Vision Pro experience Polio’s Last Mile.
I had the opportunity to work on it with @tomkrikorian.com and we hope it will be a meaningful XR experience sharing the story of humanity’s fight to end polio.

The new SubjectiveXP team member has been getting comfortable with Xcode. Maybe a bit too much.

“Everything starts from a dot.” ✍️
Finally upgraded my notebook to a Leuchtturm1917. Dotted pages, black-edged sides and so many more small details that make it feel just right.

TARGO has been pushing the boundaries of XR storytelling, and they just launched a new app on Meta Quest.
Definitely worth checking out!

Do you enjoy the minimalist phone lifestyle but not a fan of subscriptions, ads, tracking, and upsells?
AppList is minimal in every way — and now completely FREE.
Tech doesn’t need to be intrusive.

As an indie dev, your App Store page matters. Free tools like Spline let you create custom 3D iPhone renders.

🌊 A classic shader trick: interlacing two normal maps for a water effect. Efficient and convincing, especially when viewed from above.
Built in Reality Composer Pro with shader graph.

Meta’s Hyperscape on Quest 3 is super impressive! Gaussian splats are once again raising the bar for realistic rendering.

Did you know an infrared light can make XR headsets usable in dark environments? Not perfect, but surprisingly effective💡

Made shader.vision into a 1995-style product box with a CD-ROM inside. Pure retro vibes.

Yet another programmer library: part reference, part nostalgia, but mostly collecting! The Graphics Programming Black Book by Michael Abrash is my personal favorite.

Thinking about adding a special ShaderVision mode that lets you run your shaders on fun canvases (imagine this Vegas sphere). Would you use it?

Would a ShaderToy for Gaussian Splatting make sense?
This custom effect by Pablo Andrioli (@kali_shade) makes me think it could be pretty fun 👇

Really enjoyed this deep dive from Chris Feijoo on crafting liquid glass effects with CSS + SVG.
It also includes interactive demos you can play with right in the browser:
