Finally figured out the scaling (the numbers were really weird and the official app scales multiple times in different places, why!), so this project is basically ready for cut jobs.
There can still be some weirdness with the cut line generator I need to sort out, but the previews are correct.

I'm not 100% sure this is the cause yet but after poking at my GPU's power cable and having the issue go away I noticed just how toasted the wires look inside the sleeving and uhh that's probably not good

I was expecting generating cut lines to be way harder tbh, but it appears to be doable with some basic operations, and there's good libraries for doing them. Still obviously some behaviors to work out, but I think I can make it work.
