Some pain meds can help reduce inflammation at least a bit, so something like ibuprofen or paracetamol can be good if you can take them safely. Not sure what they are called in USA. Partner hates taking pain meds too. Me I'll take them happily as I'm wimpy about pain.😅

You could try heat on it if possible. It makes muscles relax and stops them going into spasm.

I do. I wouldn't describe them as sex games though, but we all have different definitions of such things. For me they are visual novels that happen to have some sex in, which isn't the main appeal as they need to have a good story too. Most censorship is bad, they should focus more on closing sites
