Around 3 pm today, airstrikes reportedly hit 5 medical facilities in #Idlib City, #Syria, incl. 4 hospitals (one with a maternity ward). Flight data from @SentrySyria shows two Russian aircraft departed Hmeimim and circled above the opposition-held city at the time of the strikes.

In light of the current circumstances in Syria and the challenges posed by the regime’s criminal attempts to undermine our efforts to maintain stability in the country, we reaffirm through the Political Affairs Administration of the Syrian Rescue Government our full commitment to protecting all landmarks, heritage and cultural centers, churches, and the various schools in the city of Aleppo. We are working tirelessly to ensure the continuation of normal life in the city of Aleppo and to protect the rights of civilians from all Syrian sects and communities. We reaffirm that the future Syria we aspire to build will be a reconciled homeland for all its citizens. We will not allow any party to destroy the fabric of our society or negatively impact the safety of these institutions.
