It’s only the third kit I’ve done, but much more challenging than the other two. (and hopefully the most challenging for a bit)
I still need to rinse the blue line. I’ve also changed to a wooden hoop but the size seems slightly smaller…

I’ll say it again: the two-party system in the US is a disaster and an embarrassment.
It’s a manifestation of this weird manichean belief in everything. You have to be in one of these two camps! Red or blue? Good guys or bad guys? No subtlety or depth.

It turns out it didn’t fully fix it. It’s much better, but it’s still acting up sometimes. 🤷🏻♂️
One thing I really enjoy is fixing things, especially when the thing to fix and the fix itself are cheap.
I had this fan that was mostly working but sometimes struggled to get started. Turns out it’s a capacitor issue which can be replaced for $3 and 20 minutes.
Better than getting a whole new fan.

Today I discovered that Semaphore’s envvar SEMAPHORE_GIT_BRANCH is not the current #git branch but the upstream branch. So for a PR that would be main. 🤦🏻♂️
We had a number of uses that expected it to be the current branch because of course, and that explained some odd behaviors I was seeing.
