I swear I hate having anxiety.
I never had any noticeable problems with anxiety until my stomach bug.
Now whenever I feel anxious my upper arms and thighs get sore from the anxiety, I also get headaches. If I lay down on my side when anxious I risk vomiting from anxiety.

I haven’t been sick from my stomach bug since July 30th but the stomach bug has left me with anxiety and paranoia unfortunately.
When I eat sometimes I freak myself out thinking Im going to vomit the food when in reality Im not. Sometimes i would make myself so anxious I would vomit from anxiety
