The initial OHP report indicates the Minco school bus struck a deer and overturned once. "Unit 1 was eastbound on SH-152. Unit 1 struck a deer. Unit 1 departed the left side of the roadway and overturned 1 complete time." 17 passengers, 6 injured, 38-year old driver Cody Schmidt.
