It was an honor to supervise Joe's Comment, which deftly analyzed state step therapy legislation in the context of the nation’s ongoing mental health crisis and complex health insurance regulatory system. Joe made incisive recommendations for more expansive and effective step therapy regulation.

FDA update: Staff who've witnessed this morning's scene at the agency headquarters described it as a "bloodbath". The firings include whole offices at the regulator, multiple FDA sources told Endpoints, including leadership and administrative staff in several departments.
