I love "The Rock" so much. It’s like the rock music equivalent of the parade of themes near the beginning of the 4th movement of Beethoven's 9th Symphony, only if Beethoven had figured out a way to combine all four themes into a single coherent piece for a minute

Gun to my head, for secular I would pick "A Christmas Song" by Jethro Tull or "I Believe in Father Christmas" by Greg Lake (though I usually listen to the ELP version)
I will probably always adore "O Come All Ye Faithful" and "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" for Christian.
And "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)" for secular.
