I wish AI didn't mean LLM. SIEMs with behavioural modelling has been around in quite a few products for some time, and I've always wanted to see that grow more. Maybe it has, I'm a bit removed from the tools these days.

you buy the products you need, but if you don't deepthroat the "platform" and wear the required pieces of flare every day, you can't get all the information you want. And if you do embrace the cult, good luck moving out! Now you've got way too much in there to consider moving out.
