The CEO frequently pastes code into ChatGPT and issues directives based on its responses, often questioning why the team didn’t come up with the same ideas. However, most of the AI-generated suggestions are impractical or outright incorrect, with only a small fraction being useful. Despite this, deadlines have tightened under the assumption that AI speeds up development. The combination of unrealistic expectations and micromanagement has made the work environment highly stressful.
