Honestly, it's the bear's house now. Sure, the homeowners can try to live there until the bear files for eviction, but under bear law, possession (i.e., living in the home's crawlspace) is ten tenths of the law.

This kind of cowardice tells every student everywhere —& their parents— that they can have a teacher fired asap if they either (a) dislike what they perceive to be the “politics” of a given area of expertise or (b) don’t like the grade they got for their half assed work in that area or (c) both
