Nah. TNS would have gone under decades ago if it hadn’t bought Parsons on the cheap. The problem was just the opposite: the admins kowtowed to the soc-sci faculties long past their expiration date and exploited the design school, where the real energy was for the last many years.

They *were* the entire reason it existed the better part of a century ago. The only reason it exists *now* is Parsons. If it weren’t for the design school, TNS would’ve gone under decades ago.

This kind of heroic analysis is antithetical to the school’s principles of yore, and it’s close to the thinking that led TNS over the cliff. 50% of the people, ~80% of the revenues, and 90% of the energy came from the *design* school. Any analysis that omits Parsons is nostalgic nonsense.

Musk is a parasite on the future; he preys upon the imagination of others, taking any vision of a better world and depreciating it by hawking options on a transparently fake facsimile.

He is capitalism's full-throated assault on the utopian imaginary.

I’d like a 50-year moratorium on Kennedys in public life, let alone in office. How many of that sprawling clan’s progency have done good? Over how many generations? How does that weigh against demolishing HHS, NIH, CDC, etc? And let”s not forget their omertà when RFK JR was up for confirmation.

This leaves out the one company that’s literally *demolishing* the White House: ACECO. Architects, planners, developers, and governments should boycott them into dust.

You’re right, and it’s good you’re amplifying it. But here’s the thing: Trump & Co are on a demolition spree, but it’s delusional to think those things can simply be restored. Rebuilding them will require another round of demolition, this time of the criminals and corruption.

Eek! You mean they might have to answer a few questions or get bored pleading the fifth?! 🙀

How about shipping them off to Guantanamo until they’ve run out of beans to spill?
