I'm a Father | Spouse | Son | Brother | Nephew | Born & Raised Alaskan | Librarian and more. I tend be socially progressive and fiscally conservative, but have become a one-issue voter of late, especially now that I have a teenage daughter.

They like suitcases and moving boxes, and have made the move to some homes/apartments indoors in Alaska. I haven’t heard of any living outdoors, yet.

I always marveled at the massive amount of mosquitoes in Alaska contrasted with the lack of them in Iceland. I attributed it to the geographical isolation from other land masses. With millions of tourists each year, it seems inevitable for many invasive species to take root.

The chargers are plentiful in Canada thanks to their efforts to expand charging infrastructure. Once you get to the Alaska border it’s much more difficult, not impossible, but very difficult.

That was the first album I bought as a kid. Everything else I bought has been trying, but never as good.

Especially when compared to Peltola’s speech at the same venue when she received a standing ovation.
