Mentally, I am really happy with my body and health. I feel hot AF. Spent the last two years having all my body hair permanently removed. I am physically strong. I have no health issues.

I cut out all processed foods/HFC and HOLY SHIT the impact that alone has had is incredible. I have more energy, zero digestive issues now, and I am no longer craving random snacks.
