Tweet? We ain't on X, The Everything App™.

Read the three skeets before that. It's about inclusionary zoning and housing, not generalized taxes.
November 27, 2025 at 7:53 PM
Did you just search for something mentioning taxes regardless of the context lmfao

A universal refundable tax credit is unrelated to housing affordability

He's not going to build a meaningful amount of public housing, because he needs to rebuild the tens of thousands that are in deplorable conditions.

Vienna isn't a country, honey
November 26, 2025 at 8:24 PM
It's going to get so much dumber though
November 26, 2025 at 6:55 PM
What countries are building loads of public housing lmfao

This is -solely- in the case that every current massive tech company completely fails, so we're going to continue to have LLM and other AI development by private companies.

They're simply too rich with too many free resources, and reneging on commitments isn't a legally binding issue for them.
November 26, 2025 at 6:08 PM
Chinese companies have, for instance, already taken the work done by the big US AI companies and made their own versions that are cheaper to run and operate, because training the AI is what's the big expensive part.

And governments have their own AI projects as well. It's not going anywhere.
November 26, 2025 at 5:59 PM
I mean that's the same thing though? The software is their god.
November 26, 2025 at 5:56 PM
Fundamentally, all of the big tech companies have hundreds of billions to spend and will continue working on AI because they're both asset and cash rich.

Some might fail, but not Microsoft, Apple, Oracle, Google, Nvidia, etc.
November 26, 2025 at 5:56 PM
Yes, you can make a better and more updated version on your phone or laptop, but really it'll be done on a desktop.

People have been doing this for years now with bespoke internal LLMs for companies or their hobbies.

The general ones not as much, but there are so many now SOMEONE will eventually.
November 26, 2025 at 5:55 PM
Better and more updated and building a god are essentially the same thing in this case, yeah

Still can run versions on devices most of us already own though!

Oh, I have a wife now?

News to me!
November 26, 2025 at 5:45 PM
It can run on any laptop or modern smartphone RIGHT NOW, the money is about making it better and more updated, not simply existing.
November 26, 2025 at 5:45 PM
No, and this is just from the past couple days.

As a chill straight man, servers always confuse my "girly" drinks and my wife's "manly" drinks when we get them served and we just switch them.

You didn't even go into things like boxed Mac and Cheese, rice and beans, ramen packets, boxed noodles, etc, etc.

Much less stuff like 50 lbs of flour to make bread, pasta, etc on your own.

Lmfao he blocked me for this.

The guy that is a college professor living in Princeton thinks that actually anyone below him is living in poverty.

We have a whole area in our school that is free clothing, shoes, etc for just this reason.

We're supporting 30 families/150 people for full Thanksgiving meals(not school funds, but donations from staff).

Staff routinely pack snacks for the kids and give them stuff in the class.

Etc, etc, etc
