I just finished reading “Persephone’s Children” by Rowan McCandless so Xavier University can finally have its book back. Now I’m ready to start “Mister Magic” which has been on my reading list since @timthinksthings.bsky.social read it a while ago.

Yay! If you know anyone still without power, I’ve been seeing that the Cleveland Liberation Center has been open and providing emergency services to people without power. I see it’s open again today from 9-9.

I crocheted this cat pod for my cats and so far, all they do is sit on top of it. This was from a few days ago. Today this one briefly went inside to explore. I hope they’ll start curling up inside soon.

Shontel Brown’s form letter in response to people contacting her about 🇵🇸 continues to be full of misinformation. She keeps pretending that this all started on Oct. 7 because recognizing 🇮🇱’s attacks for more than 7 decades and immediately before Oct. 7 doesn’t fit the narrative!

A few days later, I got this letter from Mohela that I needed to pay $2 due by the listed date & that $2 was going to be my monthly payment moving forward. The letter clearly expected me to enclose a check for the stated $2. Confused, I called Mohela again & asked them why my payment amount was $2.

One of the kids at school was drawing something on his white board and we asked who it was. We couldn’t understand his answer so we asked two other kids who it was and they both said “Oh yeah that’s Baldi from Baldi’s Basics.” Has anyone heard of this? Why is this something all the kids know about?
