Tried started building a set in "reverse" by grabbing a song I wanted to mix somewhere in the middle and then finding tracks to build-up to it and it worked really well.
Not all of them mixed properly and I had to swap some, but I got an structure ready really quickly.

I should start practicing improvising when DJing. I've always prepared my sets a week or two prior to events but never did ball any sets, hence why I don't really play at popups.
Might just start doing random practice popups by myself.
