Still can't work out what they said that needed a police response? If only they stuck to illegally dumping sewage in rivers or illegally cladding buildings in illegal cladding. The police would be sat on their hands staring into space. But mention something on WhatsApp? Overtime all round!

This is all lovely but technology can only really optimise your usage. If you cant afford £100, getting a bill for £95 is only a minor improvement. And if you can't afford £100 you can't drop £80 on fancy radiator valves for the whole house.
