Based on attendee feedback, we are changing some of our judging process.
If you have vended with us twice in a row (both GL&BL and Beach Episode), we'll automatically pull your application from the judging process. This helps us give chances to new artists who our attendees are excited to discover!

Vendor applications are expected to open in November, after we have finalized our venue/date. We still expect the market to occur late January/early February. Stay tuned on our social media and/or join our Discord Server!

For this round of applications, vendors will pitch the theme of their “stall”—i.e. , maid cafe, haunted house, izakaya, arm wrestling contest… This will help us curate our school festival! (By the way you do not have to include fruit as part of your pitch! We just liked the pun LOL) (2/4)

Announcing the theme for our next art market… We’ll be hosting FRUIT FEST, a (gay) school festival! We are still pinning down a venue and a date, but we wanted to share this theme way ahead of schedule as we will have an extra requirement for Vendor applications. (1/4)

Part of delaying the market is so we have time to review how we're approaching research (e.g. location scouting), and taking time to try to anticipate potential issues. We're going to be exploring other methods of crowd control, and will be polling in Discord and other socials to see what is best.

There were definitely hiccups, but it was still a fun time for us, and we hope that you also enjoyed it! We're not hosting any more markets in 2025 as the schedule's proving to be unsustainable, so we're planning our next one to be late January/early February '26!

As an update, we will not be hosting any more markets this year as the schedule is proving unsustainable, so we are aiming for our next market to happen late January/early February next year (2026)! Vendor applications will open in late fall/early winter 2025.
