When my mind is turning on me, it feels like in trapped in my own hell. It makes me think of Dante's Inferno. The self head games and suffering reaches out all through my body to touch every part of me.

Coming back on my meds has been an adjustment but I'm doing ok. This painting shows how my mind feels untangling itself.
I really feel connected to this one and am thinking of prints, but I haven't sold any of my other prints and don't want a big stockpile

The biggest part of healing for me is learning to drown out all the other outside noise, criticism and opinions. Even the need for validation. All of that is exterior and not a part of you. You are the only one whose opinion of you matters.
