A paratrooper or skydiver with his arms spread into arc with an abstract view of the fields below through some clouds. The skydiver is in brownish-green while the earth is in teals, dark greens, and aquamarine colours. Clouds are visible above the earth. While the Italian Futurist art movement was heavily associated with fascism, Crali wasn't as far as I know but also wasn't really distanced from it.

Yes and no. It does contain an outline of the solution we used but at the same time, it says that any solution is incompatible with this. That's not true because our system does exactly that.
If every condition that can prevent motion is already reflected into the HMI’s “Ready/Auto/Fault/Local/Offline” gating, then a deterministic “command failed” test on a real device is literally impossible without changing something (PLC/driver/HMI rules/network) or risking an actual abnormal condition.
