Oh, please be very clear… the “military” will get no such thing. Military contractors, now they, they will get ALL the money. Nope, our enlisted will be fighting for their lives, literally. If not for Putin, then to be able to put food on the family table. No more “handouts” like SNAP. 🙄😬

The state could consider holding back its state employees taxes, but none have done it. They don’t want to face legal backlash. Independent companies chartered via the state don’t want to be sued. There’s no legal way that I’ve found…
