I have hardware libre monitor set to always show temps of gpu/cpu on taskbar, so it makes it easy for me to notice if there's an issue. Since I like my parts to last as long as possible.

Bought a 2nd hand cheap drawing tablet yesterday since been drawing in a big drawing mood lately and been doing it painfully with mouse.

I have to say its really surprising how satisfying it feels just to spend an hour or so tracing outlines and then cleaning it up and slowly filling things in.

what bitrate are you using? And what are you using to record(encoder, like HVEC)? But that error generally means you don't have enough compute power to do that recording.

I've never tried 4k 144hz but you might need a dedicated capture card or recording gpu for that.
