Israeli police stormed the UNRWA headquarters in Jerusalem at dawn, detaining staff and raising an Israeli flag over the compound. UN officials condemned the raid as a violation of UN immunity. Israel claims it was a municipality-led debt operation, which UNRWA rejects.
