If It's Too Loud on new Figures On A Beach, "[I]t’s a glorious time capsule. It perfectly captures that period of time when the 80's were becoming the 90's. It’s rooted in the 80's, but doesn’t quite fit what you expect to hear from synth pop from that decade.
