So now I know exactly where every outlet, light, light switch, and pretty much anything that runs on electricity is located and which breaker turns them off. When I get some extra time I’m going to pull all the light switch covers/outlet covers off and also mark which breaker turns them off on them.

You also have 240 outlets that appear not to be attached to the breaker as well as a random conduit that just ends in wires that also doesn’t appear to be hooked up to power? I don’t get it.

Oh yeah, this was fun to work on. I sincerely doubt this was up to code. I managed to hopefully kind of clean some thing up, took some of the more concerning wire nuts and put them into wagos and managed to get the light working again.

Had a kind of crappy window that had real ugly blinds on it, so I just took the blinds down and put on this window film. Now we get more light because we don’t have to close the blinds, and it doesn’t look nearly as bad. Still some work to do but it’s a start.

As other said it’s a cormorant, they’re awesome birds. They dive under the water and catch fish. It’s super cool to watch. Also you think, oh like small fish! No.
