Het regime in het Centraal-Afrikaanse Burundi heeft de vertegenwoordiger van Enabel, het Belgische agentschap voor internationale samenwerking, donderdag 48 uur de tijd gegeven om het land te verlaten. Dat bevestigen Buitenlandse Zaken en Enabel-directeur Jean Van Wetter vrijdag aan Belga. Van Wetter noemt het nieuws een “schok”. De Burundese ambassadeur in Brussel werd geconvoceerd en kreeg te horen dat de maatregel als disproportioneel wordt beschouwd.
