The least expensive items in the grocery story are vegan…vegetables, fruits, pasta, rice, beans, tofu, and so on. And get rid of all the animal ag subsidies and the difference will be even more glaring.

We love to encourage people to reduce the meat and dairy in their diets, but understand that it can be hard to know where to start, and unfortunately many people are put off by the perceived cost. If you want to try adding more plant-based meals to your life, are some resources to get started! 🧵
