Happy Friday is beans

The lower two-thirds are the side of the thick metal railing on the bridge over the stream (not shown). People have carved into the railing over time, mostly leaving names or initials and a year. The most prominent is "1991 Kelsey Baker 2005." Some of the others that are relatively clear include Ari Cohen 2005 and BOS 07. There are many, many more, layers of carvings from people who've visited this place over decades.

A landscape photograph, looking down the western side of Ahwahne (Yosemite Valley) from a point on the rim. The valley has a steep U shape, with granite walls a few thousand feet high. The bottom of the valley is heavily forested, with a few patches of meadow. The foreground has a bunch of debris from dead trees that I've attempted to downplay in post, with only moderate success.
