Its unlikely unless the mc is bandit or something. If cultivation is included, the guy prob got body reformation at higher level and ended up young again.

I don't think it's got deleted, more like corrupted. Ctrl+ Z can't do things to stuff you've overwritten. I think CSP make backup at certain interval or everytime you save. But yeah, that sucks :/

I'm not so sure if you move csp folder or folder that contain that file. If the file and csp still open, just nake a new save. If not, try to check the latest csp backup. Maybe its not that far from that point.
