Ok. Let’s leave Venezuelan Narco-terrorists on the streets and see how long that works well for us.
November 27, 2025 at 2:13 AM
Ok. What are the facts as you see them?
November 27, 2025 at 2:11 AM
There is much wrong with this world. But, I imagine keeping Venezuelan Narco-Terrorists off the streets could factor highly relevant to higher level courts that want to maintain a democratic country.
November 27, 2025 at 2:10 AM
I’m just stating facts. The 9th circuit ruled they can be there. They gave their reasons. If we want the Guard to go home then we need to stay peaceful.
November 27, 2025 at 2:04 AM
If you want National Guard to be able to go home then the protestors need to stay “peaceful”. Then they will go home.
November 27, 2025 at 2:01 AM
I just do deep dives in the rulings and documentation. This is straight from the 9th circuit ruling. They explain their reasoning.
November 27, 2025 at 1:59 AM
Yes

Straight from 9th circuit ruling.

They describe WHY they allowed for National Guard deployment
November 27, 2025 at 1:57 AM
The ruling is based upon it.
November 27, 2025 at 1:56 AM
I state facts. This is directly from the ruling.
November 27, 2025 at 1:54 AM
Directly from the ruling
November 27, 2025 at 1:52 AM
All you have to do is pull the 9th circuit rulings. And it’s “officers” not “buildings.“

November 27, 2025 at 1:36 AM
Then why did the 9th circuit rule it was legal? Twice?
November 27, 2025 at 1:25 AM
The national guard are there to protect federal officers from being attacked.

This is what made it legal. They were regularly being attacked.
November 27, 2025 at 1:24 AM
If protesters weren’t attacking federal officers then none of this would be going on.

Thats the only thing that made it legal.
November 27, 2025 at 1:22 AM
And the 9th circuit has over-ruled twice now. Protestors attacking federal officers allowed the National Guard to be placed legally.
November 27, 2025 at 1:20 AM
If a military personnel disobeys his commanding officer and it results in a death, then those things get handled the typical route.
November 27, 2025 at 1:17 AM
The Supreme Court understands the necessity to keep our country under democratic rule. Allowing Venezuelan Narco-terrorists to take over is not in the best interest of our country. ICE being attacked daily allows Trump to take those moves to protect the officers.
November 27, 2025 at 1:16 AM
They were there because protestors were attacking federal officers. It’s been ruled legal twice now by the 9th circuit.
November 27, 2025 at 1:13 AM
If protesters hadn’t of been attacking federal officers then the national guard wouldn’t have to of been there either. Thats the reason they are there.
November 27, 2025 at 1:13 AM
Why was the near military force there in the first place?

Because protesters were attacking federal officers.

Thats why the 9th circuit ruled it legal twice now.
November 27, 2025 at 1:11 AM
They were only there because protesters were constantly attacking federal officers.
November 27, 2025 at 1:09 AM
Because protesters were constantly attacking federal officers.
November 27, 2025 at 1:08 AM
He deployed them because federal officers were being attacked.

Twice the 9th circuit has ruled it legal.
