There is much wrong with this world. But, I imagine keeping Venezuelan Narco-Terrorists off the streets could factor highly relevant to higher level courts that want to maintain a democratic country.

I’m just stating facts. The 9th circuit ruled they can be there. They gave their reasons. If we want the Guard to go home then we need to stay peaceful.

If you want National Guard to be able to go home then the protestors need to stay “peaceful”. Then they will go home.

And the 9th circuit has over-ruled twice now. Protestors attacking federal officers allowed the National Guard to be placed legally.

If a military personnel disobeys his commanding officer and it results in a death, then those things get handled the typical route.

The Supreme Court understands the necessity to keep our country under democratic rule. Allowing Venezuelan Narco-terrorists to take over is not in the best interest of our country. ICE being attacked daily allows Trump to take those moves to protect the officers.

They were there because protestors were attacking federal officers. It’s been ruled legal twice now by the 9th circuit.

If protesters hadn’t of been attacking federal officers then the national guard wouldn’t have to of been there either. Thats the reason they are there.
