If you look at the replies, I explain. This is heading out of Hendon on its way to Brent station (as it was before 1976). The building is ge old cinema.

In the distance you can see a large building with the letters 'GAUMOUNT' above it. This was the cinema, originally opened as the Ambassador in 1932. This 1940s postcard image shows the old name on the reverse of the building.
