The whole state is at the Newport Wine and Seafood Festival. Totally packed inside and a really long line waiting to get in. Had an incredible Dungeness crab melt, so many tasty candy samples, and a refreshing blackberry lime mocktail.

Heavenly Bamboo has fruit that I'm pretty sure wasn't there recently, even though OSU Dept. of Horticulture says they fruit in the fall and carry over in the winter. I'd love to see your out-of-season observations. landscapeplants.oregonstate.edu/plants/nandi...
