Bottom has a layer of mashed potatoes, the inside is turkey, corn, mushrooms, carrots, celery, and I added some leftover gravy to the roux. Smooshed leftover stuffing in the top and it got nice and toasted!

The frozen pie crusts usually by the frozen pies are way better. Marie Calendar makes frozen pie crusts, is also a step up from Pillsbury, and can be easily found anywhere.

Bonus is they come in their own pie tin!

Btw, I sometimes substitute the milk for eggnog because fuck it we’re all getting fat and it makes it a little more spiced.

Also always use grated whole nutmeg & cinnamon because the spices pop more, but make sure to add to taste since the amounts needed will be less than listed on the recipe.
