i spent the weekend in oklahoma for my nephew's marching band contest and ended up sleeping for ~14 hours last night because i was so exhausted from the trip

hmmm i went back to using straight needles after using circular ones for a couple months and i definitely find them more awkward to use and i think that's why i had so much trouble the first time i tried to learn to knit 🤔

every time my parents are out of town i send them daily pictures of the dog just as a simple update and whenever they're at one of my siblings' places i get various pet pics in return it's great 🤗🤗

came back from my 10 day trip like "wow! my cactus and succulents got so big!!! that's so weird!!!" not remembering i actually fertilized them for the first time in probably a couple years before we left

hmmmm the new school year starts in a few weeks which means there's an org in my city that's gonna do a big clothing giveaway soon so now really would be a good time to go through all my clothes 🤔🤔
i'm also thinking about downsizing my wardrobe because i feel like i have too many similar items that i don't actually wear :/
