Trying to avoid the budget shit show but my immediate observation would be that the implementation and collection cost for EV pay per mile is going to about 5 times what the charges might raise.

Exchanging messages with eldest this morning about her trying to establish her first clear memory which isn’t supported / triggered by photos. She’s at 6 so far. Noted I can remember my dad hitting me when I was 3 or 4. Conclusion: if you want your children to have early memories, beat them.
