the food was literally perfect and i finished my entire plate (which i often struggle to) so at least there's that!

it's so good!! I use 35% fat whipping cream in NL and it always turns out great :) I end up scooping every last drop of the sauce off the plate 😭

disability (and executive dysfunction) friendly cooking in action:

- I never buy whole heads of broccoli/cauliflower. precut bags can go in the microwave in their entirety, the microwave will steam them, no pots of water needed whatsoever!

- the potato gratin was premade, only needed baking

oh yay!! I always use this time as "stock up on my priciest products"-time, not "woohoo let's go shopping" time lol

(my sister is 9 years younger than me so i kinda saw two generations of everything lol)

I honestly don't even know if the one I shared is the one from my own childhood or my little sister's, but it's the one so vivid in my memory 🥹💘
