Wonder why there has never been some sort of SEPA type lawsuit over all these architectural requirements being harmful to the environment? Isn't modulation and de-massing basically energy hogs?

Actually when I look into it it sounds like they basically can't use the stretch provision for at least another 2 years. Which means they're basically hamstrung even if they trade PG.

If PG plays well enough to be able to be traded they should look into whether they can turn that 50M into better long term fits like Trey Murphy. Then you can potentially stretch Embiid as soon as next year if they think they can use that space to best construct a team around Maxey.

Cade, Ant and Maxey. Unless you can name some others? The only other players that I would clearly trade him for were born outside the US.

I would say there are no players I would trade him for that were born in US states other than Texas and Georgia.

When you invest billions in a few high frequency rail stations you help as many people as possible live in walking distance- regardless of whether some people hate shadows- or you wasted the investment. Help people who couldn't otherwise afford access to reliable transportation to jobs/services/rec.
