Ich weiß nicht so Sie hier einen Widerspruch zur Realität sehen, die ist unstrittig. Bei den 83% würde ich aber im Vgl. aufpassen, weil jüdische Bev bei Wehrpflicht andere Struktur hat wegen Frauen (bei Drusen nicht) u Ultraorthodoxen (ähnliche Gruppe ist wesentlich kleiner bei Drusen).

Beispielsweise starke drusische Komponente i d SSNP (beide Staaten)ganz klar gg 🇱🇧 gerichtet, Verhalten d Junblats im Bürgerkrieg (gab sogar eigenen Konflikt über Verwendung der lib Fahne), Beteiligung an Verschwörungen mit Irak in Syrien. Das Fehlen eines nationalen Projektes heißt nicht Fahnentreue

Die Erzählung der Fahnentreue nimmt den Drusen in 🇸🇾 u 🇱🇧 jegliche Agency und ist verallgemeinernd , kann aber einer historischen Betrachtung nicht standhalten.

Nur Drusen den 2 Dörfern am Karmel haben 1948 in IDF gekämpft, in einem Dorf wurde aber auch gg IDF Widerstand geleistet. Es war also nicht so eindeutig. Wehrpflicht kam in 50ern zustande, offiziell wg Brief. Quelle: Kais Firro „Druzes in the Jewish State“, L. Parsons „Druze between Pal & Israel“

Good that @president.europarl.europa.eu is engaging. I miss a more robust policy vis-a-vis the interim government by the @ec.europa.eu. Phrases alone won’t change the way minorities are treated in Syria.

Btw Sheikh Muwaffaq is the leader of the Druze in Israel, not Syria.
