I think there’s a lot of truth in this, even though Starmer and Reeves have made some blindingly obvious missteps.

Day 1 was never going to happen, it was a stupid promise. 6 months sounds is an improvement, 3 months would have been better.

It published the SDR in May with a promise to increase spending to 3% in the next parliament. has there been another plan since which shows how we’re supposed to be spending 3.5% on the military plus another 1.5% on infrastructure to support it?
