I'd have to do a lot more digging/research to find that information, but the dates they were added to the site seem all over the place. I'm sure reasons are also all over the place too.

He's now being automagically blocked by 659,822 users via block lists that user's on Bluesky can subscribe to. And that number is increasing basically every second.
