Maybe not THE Tom Hanks... but A Tom Hanks.
So uh... more public transportation or no?

I respectfully disagree with Mr. Hamill.

I have no reason to believe that "accountability is coming."

Source: I've seen this silly game play out over and over again.
In case you needed even more motivation to vote in the Midterm elections...

MacOS friends.

How do you handle window management with ultra-wide monitors?

I'm trying "Magnet" and... it's just not exactly what I'm looking for.

I use FancyZones on Windows, and gTile under Linux.

@gwestr.me You ever drive a Lucid? If so, thumbs up or thumbs down?

I promise that if I develop an artificial super intelligence I won't use it to invent to a robot that can replace plumbers.

I'd probably use it to help solve issues/problems that we as humans actually have trouble with. Paid labor definitely isn't in the top 10,000.

Could you imagine Napster making this argument and people taking it seriously?

I just had to pay an import duty to receive a gift from my employer (based in Europe).

Yes they reimbursed me for that.

Also... it's OK to not absolutely love everything produced by your favorite artist.
It is SUCH a formative experience the first time your favorite artist releases a bad album. I envy all the kids going through it this week, you’re about to learn so much about the world! You’re learning how to let go!

The first time President Trump did the whole trade war thing with China, they retaliated by investing in Brazil's agriculture sector.

The second time, they were ready. The President starts playing games, they simply decided not to participate.
Tennessee soybean farmer: China has long been our biggest customer, and tariffs have cut into our ability to sell soybeans to them. We don't want a bailout. We just want access to free and open markets to sell our crops.

“War is about remaking the world to suit the whims of some powerful group over the whims of some other powerful group. The dead are just the sparks that fly from the metal as they grind it down.”

If you liked that quote, you might like the book it's from. On sale now for $2.99!
My most popular and well-reviewed book is $2.99 in ebook form for October, just search your device for 'This Book is Full of Spiders.' You do not have to have read any of my previous books to enjoy it (even though it is the second book in a series, these all stand alone).

Everything Jason said here is 100% spot on.
I realize this position will be disappointing and upsetting to many of you but I personally do not think we want a new civil war that will kill tens of millions of people. Please just hear me out:

I can't help but think that in his desire to get on TV Kash Patel is going to end up being key in getting a mistrial or acquital for the prime suspect.

I'm convinced this was caused by me being super prepared for a major storm this season.

You're welcome.
All hail wind shear!!! It’s like a buzz saw for hurricanes. And it’s all over the Atlantic cutting storms off even before they get going. That’s one reason it’s quiet now and it should stay this way for the next ten days. Would be nice is if we could keep the shear in place the rest of the season!

If Apple would release a Whoop strap type of device I would likely buy that. But I'm not going back to the full Apple Watch.

I actually have a lot of sympathy for these folks. They allowed a fake culture way to poison their ability to think critically. 🤷‍♂️
🧑‍🌾 ARKANSAS: “We’re gonna lose 25-30% of farmers in 🇺🇸… I’ve never been as worried… Mr. Trump, I need to see the fruit of your love…”

His trade war is killing farmers (again) — “they have no choice but to send them a check” (again)

TLDW: Another farmer bailout is coming.
