Metric Modulations! 🎶

Metric modulations are a great way to change your tempo subtly by turning one note value into another! This example turns a triplet 8th/16th figure into the main pulse in an 11/8 bar.

This was written for an upcoming platformer by @marijenburg.bsky.social !

For one of the games I'm working on, I'm experimenting with a music system that desynchronizes two layers of music in real-time. It's been a fun challenge to try different things and see how they work creatively and on the technical side!

Using #wwise here for implementation.
