What about importing from Blender and exporting to Blender? The scale is 1:1 ?

it's me again lol. You bake as emission channel (Color) and you activate the Normal layer too (set as Bump). For the AO effect, you use a Solid Color Layer with a mask that use the previous Emission image as the mask. I missed something else?

oooh ok I already know the dude's products, so you are using his heightmap brushes and with Ucupaint you bake them into the bumpmap channel. Correct?
