Fixing this issue is complex. We're hoping to release the Hotfix next week, and have spent these past few weeks investigating the issue and developing a fix. Right now, we're in the testing phase, checking to ensure the fix is delivering the outcomes we expect to see.

Unit Recruitment Issues have created knock on effects for Lizardmen and Tomb Kings following the release of Update 6.3 last month. We have a Hotfix on the way that will aim to restore this back to a better standard, and help ensure these factions are more active in your campaigns.
